You'll never get a surprise bill from Haven Legacy for your next inspection down the road; it's already covered, broken into small, predictable payments instead of one big one. (This is about our inspection fee specifically — if we ever find something that actually needs repair, that cost is separate and always your choice, same as everything else on this site.)
One-Time Inspection & Onboarding Fee

Every membership starts with a full exterior inspection and your first itemized report. This is a one-time fee, paid once at signup — never charged again.

This is a 1-year membership that renews automatically, so your annual inspection is always covered. To cancel, just give 60 days' written notice before your renewal date.
