Do I have to use Haven Legacy for repairs?

No. For anything small enough to fix on the spot at no charge, we'll just take care of it while we're there. For anything bigger, you're free to hire anyone you choose. It's entirely up to you.

How is this different from my home warranty or insurance?

A home warranty pays out after something's already broken. We're trying to catch it before it gets there — which usually costs a fraction of the eventual repair, let alone a claim.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Your membership renews automatically each year to keep your inspection cycle going. To cancel, just give 60 days' written notice before your renewal date. No penalties, no hassle.

Do I pay the onboarding fee again next year?

No. Your first payment covers your initial inspection and gets your membership started. From there, your monthly membership payments are what fund your next full inspection. There's no second onboarding fee, ever, as long as your membership stays active.

What's the founding-member price break?

Founding members get a rate break: $225 for the one-time onboarding fee (instead of $250), plus a discounted monthly rate for their first 6 months only — $15/month on Basic or $30/month on Full Watch. Starting month 7, founding members move to the same standard pricing as everyone else.

When you refer a neighbor and they book and pay for their own inspection and membership, you get a flat $50 cash bonus, paid once. Refer as many neighbors as you want — there's no cap, and each paid referral earns another $50.
